C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) or CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) is a voluntary supply chain security program led by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). It aims to enhance the security of international supply chains by fostering cooperation between CBP and businesses involved in global trade. Participants in the C-TPAT/CTPAT program commit to implementing security measures throughout their supply chains to protect against terrorism and secure the movement of goods across borders.
